The No-Cook Book

No Cook Book
Have you ever wished you could give your stove a nice holiday?

Even though your determined to give yourself a break from the kitchen, you wish you could eat something delicious?

The No-Cook, No-Bake Cookbook by Matt Kadey, is an excellent guide to explore the path of preparing all sort of dishes without even getting close to the stove or the oven.

As the same Kadey explains it in the introduction of his book: “Far from carrots sticks, lifeless salads and PB&J sandwiches, creative no-cook meals, including appetizers and desserts, can provide a balance of convenience, nutrition and gourmet taste.”

The book, published by Ulysses Press, presents 101 recipes “for when it’s too hot to cook”, from Prosciutto Pear Sandwich and Smoked Salmon crackers for breakfast, to Tuna Tartare with Avocado Mousse and Tomato Broth and BBQ Chicken Sandwiches with Pickled Vegetables, for the main course.

This delicious guide also includes a section to prepare No-Cook No Bake desserts, such as Lemon Cheesecake with Cherry Sauce, Vanilla Ice Cream cupcakes and No-Bake Flourless Fig brownies.

In a very good mood and with a friendly style, Matt Kadey explains in a easy way how to prepare each one of this recipes at the same time that he gives simple and useful advice, all of which makes the reader wish to prepare more than one recipe at once.
